1)Pre-inspection and pre-repair maintenance methods should not be used
In the early days of the
12vdc dimmable led driver, due to the aging of the domestically-made phase-controlled power supply components and low reliability, maintenance by pre-inspection and pre-repair has certain positive significance. However, the high-frequency 12 volt 30 watt led driver in the 1990s adopted new components, which were of high quality, stable and reliable operation, and had perfect self-protection functions and a high degree of automation. If the traditional pre-inspection and pre-repair maintenance methods are still used, not only hidden dangers will not be discovered, but also some man-made faults will be caused by repeated disassembly. In our actual work, there have been instances of damage caused by disassembly.
2)Regular data analysis
We regularly print out various information recorded by the 200w led driver computer, which can easily understand the historical data of the class 2 led driver itself, such as when the AC interruption occurred, when the battery was charged and discharged, and the current working status of the power supply. Wait. Through the analysis of these data, certain problems can be found, and the data can be modified in time if necessary.
3)Install anti-dust isolation device
We know that in a computer room without a dust isolation device, the computer room contains a lot of dust. Since 200w led driver are mostly cooled by forced air cooling, air flow will inevitably bring dust into the equipment, and class 2 led driver should not be frequently disassembled and cleaned. Excessive dust accumulation will cause leakage and short circuits in humid weather, leading to failures. No matter from the point of view of reliability, it is necessary to install dust-proof isolation devices, and air-conditioning equipment should be installed if conditions permit.
