In the application of LED outdoor rainproof power supply, lightning surge is a factor that has to be considered. The natural phenomenon of lightning strikes is particularly common in the rainy season, and it will have a fatal impact on the power supply.
According to the relevant international standards, the input port of the 12v LED drive power must meet the requirements of this standard: it can withstand the surge of 2KV between line and line and 4KV between line and ground. 2. Use a dedicated circuit to supply power to the LED outdoor drive power to avoid large-scale electromechanical equipment surrounding it, so as to avoid surge impact when the electromechanical equipment starts or shuts down.
3. Reasonably control the total load of the lamps on each branch to avoid the surge impact caused by the moment when the load is too large.
4. Reasonable configuration of the knife, opening or closing must be carried out step by step.
