How can we avoid LED light flicker?

The fliker for LEDs means that the luminous flux of electric light source fluctuates at a certain frequency. Using a mobile phone to point the light source can often find the streak distribution, which is caused by stroboscopic. Some levels of flicker will not attract attention and there is no physical discomfort; but some flicker are really a problem.

In recent years, the public's reaction and requirements for green lighting have become more and more. In order to effectively improve the quality of light, more and more consumers have realized the potential harm caused by the LED flicker.  However, there are still a large number of lighting manufacturers in the market that do not meet the "flicker free" requirement. The final reason is that the selected reliable LED driver does not meet the standard.  Smarts UL dimmable led driver, like triac dimmable and dali dimmable could be 4K Hz. There is flicker free when you take a photo or video for the LEDs.

Although there are relevant national standards for "flicker free", it is not a mandatory requirement. Although a small number of manufacturers have launched so-called “flicker free" products, they cannot effectively resolve everyone's doubts about strobe due to their inability to judge visually.

Having a healthy light environment is a basic requirement. Choosing a good LED driver can minimize the negative effects of strobe.
