What is the difference between a driver and a power supply?

LED power supplies designed to regulate current output are referred to as led driver transformerles , while traditional ac dc power supply used to provide "constant voltage" are often referred to as best led power supply. At present, the terms "led diver" and "led power supply" can be used accordingly.
When do you need an LED driver to regulate the voltage? The optical module is one of the most important parts in the LED equipment. The lighting module consists of multiple LEDs, which are connected together to form a series or parallel, and then form an array or string configuration. If the lighting module of the LED device includes a "constant current" driver in its components, an additional external "constant voltage" driver or voltage power supply will be required.
There are many types of "constant voltage" drivers. Some of them look like ordinary switching dc power supply, while some can be used in closed fixtures (with junction boxes) for use in humid environments. "Constant voltage" power supply is usually used in illuminated advertising signs, high-definition LED display, etc.
When is a "constant current" driver required? For LEDs that do not contain an internal "constant current" driver in their lighting module, additional external rohs led driver or power supplies will be required to regulate the current.
